Access to Espace 1 is through the Lobby, via a small vestibule designed to prevent sound contamination from other ongoing events. It’s large windows looking out onto Saint-Paul Street are covered by opaque acoustic panels that can be removed to expose the splendour of Old Montreal. The walls are covered with variable-orientation acoustic panels that can create unique room acoustics. And thanks to 407 Saint-Pierre's interconnectivity, performances in Espace 1 can be simultaneously broadcast in other spaces in the building, recorded in the studio spaces and live streamed on the Internet.

407 Saint-Pierre is more than just a box and we’re used to customizing capacity limits to fit event needs. Let’s just say that we know how to fit square pegs into round holes. We excel at finding solutions and have the creativity needed to take your event to the next level. Basic Configuration
Please ask for the up-to-date version of the Room Plan. Custom configurations are possible but must be planned ahead of time with your assigned event coordinator.
Note that staging modules are 1 m x 1.5 m (3 ft x 5 ft).
Interconnectivity
407 Saint-Pierre’s infrastructure offers many possibilities. Interconnectivity patch plates are available throughout the building and link every space together via the central data hub. These patch plates have provisions for digital, video and audio feeds, allowing for a full-duplex experience from one space to another, a live digital recording of a performance or a live stream diffusion of your event. It is even now possible to connect directly to Quartier des spectacles’ fibre-optic network.

With its painted brick accent wall, Galerie 1 offers contemporary charm and great street views of Old Montreal. It can easily be combined with Accueil, a spacious room located right next door, to help designate lounge areas within larger events, such as conferences.

Our galleries are at your disposal in the evening for cocktail parties, launches, or networking activities. Our exhibitions are constantly changing, and our permanent installations are available to you free of charge. These exhibitions make for great ice breakers and conversation pieces.
Espace 4
Espace 4 is 407 Saint-Pierre's brightest and most spacious facility. Its access to the roof terrace makes it ideal for large-scale events, and its technological installations facilitate the showing of projected material or the delivery of speeches.
