The PHI Centre is more than just a box and we’re used to customizing capacity limits to fit event needs. Let’s just say that we know how to fit square pegs into round holes. We excel at finding solutions and have the creativity needed to take your event to the next level. If you’re not 100% sure if our spaces are right for you, please get in touch with our team to discuss your options.
Basic Configuration
Please ask for the up-to-date version of the Room Plan. Custom configurations are possible but must be planned ahead of time with your assigned event coordinator.
Interconnectivity
The PHI Centre’s infrastructure offers many possibilities. Interconnectivity patch plates are available throughout the building and link every space together via the central data hub. These patch plates have provisions for digital, video and audio feeds, allowing for a full-duplex experience from one space to another, a live digital recording of a performance or a live stream diffusion of your event. It is even now possible to connect directly to Quartier des spectacles’ fibre-optic network.

Espace 4 is the PHI Centre’s brightest and most spacious facility. Its access to the roof terrace makes it ideal for large-scale events, and its technological installations facilitate the showing of projected material or the delivery of speeches.
Our gallery is at your disposal in the evening for cocktail parties, launches, or networking activities. Our exhibitions are constantly changing, and our permanent installations are available to you free of charge. These exhibitions make for great ice breakers and conversation pieces.
Espace 1 is a welcoming venue ideal for live performances, conferences, film screenings and launches. It’s outfitted with a full-size professional bar at ground level and two smaller mezzanines on either side.
Our gallery spaces and their facilities are available for cocktails, networking events and more, providing the perfect ice-breaking experiences.
