Visitor Experience Agents will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service. They will be in direct contact with visitors, welcoming them and offering operational and technical information about the immersive experience. This role provides an opportunity to develop specific knowledge of new virtual reality technologies, supported by training sessions designed to help agents effectively guide the public.

We focus on large-scale, renowned art-entertainment projects, and XR (extended reality) experiences for location-based entertainment (LBE) venues. Exhibition overview

Life Chronicles is a virtual reality expedition that explores the origins of life.

Main responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors, validate tickets, and prepare groups for entry into the experience;
  • Manage queues and guide visitors throughout their journey;
  • Assist visitors with the installation of various technological equipment and provide necessary instructions for the experience;
  • Respond to visitor inquiries and manage customer service interactions;
  • Clean the virtual reality equipment;
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the experience and assist visitors in the event of any technical issues;
  • Communicate any technical or operational problems to the on-site technician;
  • Ensure that spaces are safe, clean, and operational during public opening hours;
  • Perform any other related tasks as required by the role.

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Strong verbal proficiency in both French and English for customer interactions;
  • Always demonstrate courtesy;
  • Neat and professional appearance, good physical endurance due to long working hours;
  • Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods;
  • Experience in arts, culture, or entertainment is an asset;
  • Availability for evening and weekend shifts;
  • Availability for training (dates to be determined);
  • Organized, punctual, energetic, and friendly;
  • First aid certification is an asset.

Experience with virtual reality equipment and customer service will be considered, along with the ability to work independently and show initiative.
