In collaboration with executive production, the producer works on the development of innovative immersive project concepts, requiring expertise in immersive experiences, particularly in virtual reality. This individual validates technical feasibility, economic profitability, and contributes to securing rights, obtaining funding, and delivering project reports.

Involved at every stage, the producer plans, supervises, and ensures the delivery of projects within the established timelines and budgets. They manage relationships with partners and the team, ensure effective communication, and provide advice on risk management. With exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, they bring teams together to ensure project success.

PHI Studio specializes in the production and development of original content, as well as the marketing and distribution of immersive experiences. We focus on large-scale, renowned art-entertainment projects, and XR (extended reality) experiences for location-based entertainment (LBE) venues. Each project is designed to have a global reach, with the aim of traveling internationally and captivating diverse audiences around the world. Main responsibilities
- Validate the feasibility and profitability of potential projects;
- Define and establish the overall project strategy: plan, organize, and oversee execution;
- Identify and analyze resources available for project realization;
- Assign tasks and delegate responsibilities to project managers according to the established strategy;
- Prepare contractual and administrative documents for the project in collaboration with internal teams;
- Manage copyright and intellectual property issues during content development and production stages;
- Develop and maintain relationships with professionals in the virtual reality and XR industry while actively participating in industry events;
- Identify production and technical challenges related to projects, recommend and implement solutions to mitigate risks;
- Assemble project teams and ensure team members understand their roles and expectations for each project;
- Prepare presentation documents for current projects and those in development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in management, production, or a related field, or equivalent experience;
- Over 5 years in management roles, ideally in the media, virtual reality, or immersive production industries;
- Strong understanding of financial, legal, and technical aspects of immersive projects;
- Expertise in all phases of production, including design, prototyping, production, and post-production;
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Keynote, etc.);
- Knowledge of virtual reality technologies and XR design tools;
- Curiosity and constant awareness of innovations and trends in the immersive industry;
- Ability to make decisions, delegate tasks, negotiate, and manage multidisciplinary teams;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with international partners;
- Strong analytical, synthesis, creativity, and innovation skills;
- Autonomy with excellent prioritization skills and ability to work under pressure;
- Rigorous attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality projects within deadlines.
