Marketing Operations Chief - PHI Studio

Under the supervision of the PHI Marketing Director, and in close collaboration with the PHI Studio General Manager, the incumbent is responsible for designing and implementing PHI Studio's specific marketing strategies and actions. They ensure that B2C and B2B marketing activities are carried out effectively, in line with PHI Studio's objectives.
About the position
Responsibilities include budget management, analysis and optimization of marketing data and, in partnership with the PHI marketing team and external stakeholders, the coordination and execution of marketing projects to support PHI Studio initiatives. The position also involves close cooperation with the Director, Business Development, to ensure the marketing success of presenting partners through appropriate marketing tools.

PHI Studio specializes in producing and developing original content, as well as marketing and distributing immersive experiences. It is a hub of innovation that brings together artists, creators, directors, and producers.
Main responsibilities
- In collaboration with PHI Studio executive management and PHI marketing management, establish B2C sales objectives and KPIs for PHI Studio and its various projects.
- Manage PHI Studio's various marketing budget envelopes, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and compliance with financial targets;
- Develop marketing tools (brand guide, toolbox, marketing campaign plans) and provide support to PHI Studio's various partners (Fever, presentation partners, co-producers) in the execution of their marketing initiatives;
- In collaboration with PHI marketing management and the various PHI Studio partners, implement analysis tools and mechanisms to track marketing performance, and provide and deploy recommendations for campaign optimization;
- Perform other tasks related to their position and their department.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in marketing cultural and entertainment events. International experience (USA, Europe, Asia) will be considered a strong asset;
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline;
- Leadership and skill in communication, interpersonal relations, collaboration with internal and external partners, and negotiation;
- Experience in managing marketing operations, processes, and technologies;
- Analytical mindset and demonstrable ability in the management and optimization of marketing data;
- Ability to move seamlessly from the strategic to the tactical;
- Experience with the entertainment industry (exhibitions, shows, festivals, etc.) or with licensing and franchising business models;
- Understanding of the production business and the various business models related to immersive experiences;
- Results-oriented attitude, autonomy, and the willingness to take initiative;
- Good network of contacts, both local and international;
- Flexible schedule and no constraints around frequent international travel;
- Excellent fluency of spoken and written French and English for the bilingual communications;
- Proficiency in Microsoft and Google tools;
- Ability to manage autonomously and execute alone and/or with a small or shared team.
