Are you a graduating student passionate about marketing, art and culture? We're looking for an energetic and motivated Community Manager Marketing Intern to help us improve and strengthen the operation of our various social media accounts. About the position
Main responsibilities
The social media intern is an integral part of the marketing team. Both creative and autonomous, the intern is responsible for PHI's various social media platforms and accounts. This person is responsible for uploading content and monitoring performance to maximize the success of posts.
Taking care of the responses from our clients and followers on our different platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok);
Update our information on our social platforms;
Ensure the circulation of relevant information communicated by our customers during community management;
Coordinate and update the social media calendar;
Maintain our social media data (KPIs);
Monitoring: Research and monitor new trends and algorithm changes on social platforms;
Track organic campaign results by project;
Prepare and plan the various organic and boosted posts on our platforms;
Programming of the chatbot messenger;
Other related tasks.
Required skills
Seeking an internship for University credits and available on a full or part-time basis*;
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communication or related fields, completed or in progress;
Excellent knowledge of the Office Suite;
Excellent oral and written communication skills in French & English;
Autonomous and adaptable in a fast-paced and changing environment;
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
An analytical and creative mind with the ability to solve problems;
Good team player;
Strong interest in culture, art & digital media (asset).
*Must be able to work at least Monday to Friday (i.e. half day) to ensure continuity of files.
