Under the supervision of the Director of Merchandise and Growth, The Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of the boutiques and ensuring alignment with Infinity Experiences standards and objectives.
About the position
This position is responsible for coordinating tasks related to inventory management, point-of-sale systems, on-site staff support, and processes. The Coordinator acts as a bridge between management and the boutique team, ensuring that instructions are carried out effectively, tasks are completed on schedule, and operational issues are promptly addressed.
The Coordinator must be detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, with strong communication skills and the ability to follow procedures.
Responsibilities
Conduct regular inventory counts across assigned boutiques.
Adjust discrepancies accurately in Shopify.
Ensure timely reporting of adjustments to Accounting.
Maintain accuracy of product listings, pricing, and adjustments in Shopify.
Complete all assigned weekly Asana tasks within deadlines, ensuring updates are properly logged.
Assist with the setup and opening of new boutiques, ensuring procedures and standards are followed.
Monitor daily boutique operations to confirm compliance with company procedures; inventory, opening/daily/closing, visual merchandising.
Escalate operational issues to management promptly.
Support team training on boutique procedures, including inventory, Shopify, and customer service.
Provide guidance to staff during shifts to ensure smooth boutique functioning.
Model professional behavior and adherence to company standards.
Support the implementation of upselling or promotional initiatives.
Process invoices, purchase orders, and other financial entries using Odoo, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
Provide administrative support to the Operations department, including report processing, data consolidation,
Keep management informed of progress, issues, or delays proactively.
All other related duties.
Required Qualifications
Education: Diploma of College Studies (DCS) in Commerce, Communications, Fashion Management, or equivalent.
Professional Certification: None
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, boutique operations, live events, administration, or coordination roles.
Experience with inventory management and point-of-sale systems (Shopify preferred).
Strong proficiency with digital tools including Shopify, Odoo, Asana, Slack, and Agendrix.
Comfortable with Google Workspace for reporting and documentation.
Strong time management, able to meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as required by boutique operations.
Ability to lift and move inventory as part of stock management.
Commitment to professionalism, accountability, and team collaboration.
Ability to travel within Canada, The United States and Internationally.
