The Life Chronicles boutique attendants are responsible for selling merchandise, managing inventory, and ensuring the general upkeep of the boutique. They greet visitors as they exit the immersive experience, assist them with their purchases, and complete sales while providing high-quality customer service. Attendants are also responsible for maintaining the sales area, including cleaning, restocking, and receiving merchandise.

PHI Studio specializes in the production and development of original content, as well as the marketing and distribution of immersive experiences. We focus on large-scale, renowned art-entertainment projects, and XR (extended reality) experiences for location-based entertainment (LBE) venues. Exhibition overview
Life Chronicles is a virtual reality expedition that explores the origins of life.
Main responsibilities
- Welcome the public and process transactions at the service counter;
- Stay informed about new products, promotions, and ongoing offers, and communicate these to visitors during the purchasing process;
- Engage in conversation with visitors to learn more about their experience and encourage them to make purchases;
- Answer visitors' questions, manage customer service issues, and direct them to mediators for questions about the exhibition;
- Report any technical or operational issues to the supervisors and notify them of low inventory levels;
- Handle restocking and merchandise reception;
- Ensure items for sale are replenished and displayed attractively in the boutique (displays, shelves, tables, etc.);
- Perform boutique maintenance tasks such as cleaning, folding, etc.;
- Ensure the space is safe, clean, and operational during public opening hours;
- Perform any other related duties as required.
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Experience in retail sales and with point-of-sale systems like Shopify (an asset);
- Interest in the arts, culture, or entertainment sectors (an asset);
- Strong oral proficiency in French and English for customer interaction;
- Courtesy at all times;
- Good physical stamina (ability to stand for long periods and handle boxes);
- Availability for evening and weekend shifts;
- Availability for training (dates to be determined);
- Organized, punctual, energetic, and friendly.
